Spider Data Center is a 900 m2, modernly equipped facility, which can provide a modern way of storage and safekeeping of documents using all types of analogue and digital archiving. The documentation is monitored closely from the moment it enters the facility, through processing, until exiting the facility, following the strictly prescribed procedure, which ensures the safety of the entire process of archiving and the security of every single document, in accordance with the European standards.
In addition to the procedures that define the complete course of business, special attention was given to the security aspect. The entire facility is equipped with state of the art Canon surveillance cameras, with an alarm and fire protection system and a system for the control of access that only allows MFC employees to access the facility or premises where the documentation is being processed, in accordance with the pre-defined authorization.
