DocRunner Implementation

uServ offers experienced consultants to advise, train and implement DocRunner in your organization.

• Discovery

During a short investigation performed together with the customer a uServ consultant will determine the document stream that needs to be supported by the DocRunner solution. Result of the Discovery is a report with all the tasks and implementation steps described. This document is the guide for a succesful implementation project.

• Training

During a two day training course your staff will learn how to: - Configure the DocRunner environment. - Configure document behavior and workflow (Create banners, predefined formats / devices and much more). - The art of creating document templates to create professional documents and reports.

• Implementation

During the implementation phase uServ consultant(s) will support the staff in modifying existing reports, creating document templates and answering any questions.
